Unleash 6.5 is out with two new upgrades to help you get started and discover more features. As always, you can find the complete release notes on GitHub.

New: Pay-as-you-go pricing for Unleash Enterprise

In response to feedback from customers, we’ve introduced new pay-as-you-go pricing for Unleash Enterprise, which allows you to get started on your own and get in touch when you’re ready to scale. This plan is great for teams who have enterprise needs around security, compliance, and audit, but who are not yet ready to budget for a full year.

This new offering gives you all the features of Unleash Enterprise with no long-term commitment, and you can sign up for a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The plan starts at only $75/user/month with a minimum of 5 users. Visit our pricing page for more information.

New: Project onboarding

When you get started on a project, you’ll now be greeted with a new onboarding flow. Rather than drop you into an empty dashboard, we’ve now made an interactive experience that guides you through all the steps that you need to go through:

• Create a feature flag
• Choose an SDK
• Write the first lines of code
• Retrieve that flag with the SDK

 

After all this is done, we’ll keep waiting for your first request with your SDK so that we can confirm that everything is working as expected.

 

 

This makes it easier for new users to start using Unleash by greatly shortening the time to value.

Improved: Advanced features visibility

Previously, only users on our Pro plan had access to hints within the products highlighting more advanced features.

We’ve now added this type of indication to our open-source product too so you have more information about where and how these features can help you.
